Sometimes I receive email alerts that I can't find in the members area by searching Whenever shippers post loads, they are expected to remove them as soon as they are arranged. The load will then only show up as a sold load on the 'Current Loads' page for a short time and not be available in the members search listings |
When I click the details link for a load in the members area, nothing happens This is due to a popup blocker on your computer and the usual culprit is the Norton security program whose popup blocker is a zero tolerance brute and doesn't work correctly. On some Norton programs it is called Ad Blocker, turn it off. |

WorldPay Payment Problems If you select to pay by monthly rebilling: The single most confusing aspect of WorldPay's credit card submission pages is the second page that is presented to you after clicking on the picture of the credit/debit card that you are paying with. Towards the top of that page, there is a small section named 'FuturePay Administration' asking you for username/password details if you have used WorldPay before. This only applies to subscribers renewing who previously paid by monthly rebilling, and requires the username/password that was originally supplied to you by WorldPay (beginning with wp******, NOT your Loadup UserID/password) so that you can administer, re-activate or update the previous 'futurepay' agreement. In all other circumstances, ignore this and just continue down to the section where you supply your card details. Make sure to fill in all fields that are marked with an asterix (others are not essential) and there should be no problems. Finally, DO double-check that the email address you give is precisely correct, letter for letter, dot for dot.
